Once you have your structure, it needs some windows, doors and some other details to create some whimsy.
You can make a door from bark, popsicle sticks or create one out of polymer clay. Pebbles can form your window frames and a lovely pebble path can lead to your entrance.
Finally, you can consider adding in tiny furniture to create interest, like benches or ladders.

Once your house is ready, you will want to blend it into your natural garden landscape. For example, you might add moss and other small plants to “disguise” it a little. You can also consider adding in tiny solar lights (aptly named “fairy lights”) or other miniature details like signs.
Consider weatherproofing your fairy house if you plan on having it sit outdoors in the elements. A good quality clear sealant should do the trick nicely. You may also need to monitor the moss if you are using it and replenish it when it dries out.
